Booking T’s & C’s

This document outlines the terms and conditions of service for training and professional speaking sessions delivered by Connecting Worlds Autism Training.


  • Once a booking has been agreed, a confirmation email will be sent
  • A non refundable deposit of 40% of the overall charges will be required
  • If booking within 14 days from the start of the requested services, full payment must be made
  • Bookings will be guaranteed once a deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent out


  • All cancellations must be made in writing
  • 28 days notice will be required for cancellations. If less than 28 days notice is given, the full fee will be charged
  • If for any unforeseen reason Connecting Worlds Autism Training has to cancel a booking, a mutually agreeable alternative date will be offered at no extra cost or a full refund will be given


  • Payment must be received in full 28 days prior to the start of training
  • Payment can be made via BACS transfer
